I hope that you had a good holiday weekend. We grilled alot and went to Solomon's Island. We had fun at the beach there with one of my BFFs and her children. Are they too cute or what?

Every year I run a 5k to help raise money for cancer! I have not ran seriously in a long time so I need to get moving. HA! Time to dust off the treadmill. This should be very interesting. Wish me luck:)
