An Old Fashioned Adventure

Oh the sweet seduction of adventure....On this day, in 1828,  Jules Gabriel Verne was born and the world was gifted with the allure of untold worlds. When I was 10, I went with him on a mission that lead me Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea (1870).  It was a grand adventure and Captain Nemo and I had many a heated debate.  When I was about 16, I took an unexpected  Journey to the Center of the Earth (1864), and I still marvel at the delights I experienced there.  Alas, I did not get to see Jackie Chan in Around the World in Eighty Days (1873)....but I heard that it was quite funny! If you have not traveled with Mr. Verne.......what are you waiting for?
