Covergirl Quesadillas while resting in bed!

Hubby and I had a sick day yesterday and stayed home.

We watched Cover Girl with Rita Hayworth and Gene Kelly

I made Quesadillas

I grilled the spring onions and regular onions in butter.  Then I added the chopped chicken and cooked until done.  In the same pan I cooked the mushrooms and then I added the spinach.  After that I placed a flour tortilla on a hot griddle and placed all the toppings on it!  I added the top quesadilla and voila....yummy treat.  Garnish with sour cream and Sweet Baby Ray's sauce:)
